Pro account redeem codes

Unlock the full potential of Simpleread with our new redeem codes for Pro accounts. These codes let you break free from free-tier limitations—enabling you to add up to 500 books instead of 100, store up to 1,000 notes versus 500, and receive up to 10 book recommendations instead of just 3.

While redeem codes aren’t publicly available yet, our dedicated beta testers can request one by emailing help@simpleread.app. This new feature ensures that dedicated users can experience an enhanced, unrestricted reading journey.

Starter books for new users

To welcome new users, we’ve introduced Starter Books—a selection of free, downloadable titles for those who don’t have any books in their library. This feature allows you to dive right into Simpleread without the hassle of sourcing an EPUB file.

Once a book is downloaded, it’s automatically never shown again to keep your library clutter-free. If you wish to explore them again, a simple setting adjustment will bring them back. Enjoy a seamless introduction to your new reading experience!

Dark Mode Friendly Error Cover Images

We’ve enhanced our error handling by tailoring cover images for dark mode users. In the past, missing book covers displayed a stark, high-contrast image that didn’t blend well with dark mode themes. Now, if a cover fails to load, you’ll see a refined, dark mode-friendly image that’s easier on the eyes—ensuring a smooth, visually comfortable experience even when errors occur.

Your navigation experience just got a boost. Our improved navbar features a streamlined design that enhances usability and accessibility. With a more intuitive layout and refined visual cues, finding what you need within Simpleread is now faster and simpler.
